Do you allow pets?

Yes, we allow up to 2 house-trained pets. There is a pet fee, per pet. It varies per property due to cleaning fees incurred.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM for Studio–4 bedroom properties. Check-in is 5:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM for 5-bedroom properties. To allow sufficient time for cleaning, please do not extend these times without prior approval. Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability. What ammenities are provided?

Our properties include amenities designed to enhance your stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor firepit and grill area, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry. Please review the property listing for specific amenities, as each home offers unique features.

How much parking is available?

On-site parking is available for up to 8 cars. Please park up to 5 cars in the driveway first, then park additional vehicles in front of the house by the road.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change and offer a flexible cancellation policy. • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund • 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund • Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund If you need to cancel within 14 days of arrival, we may offer the option to apply 50% of your payment toward a future stay (if the property rebooks for your dates). We also recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes.

We are your hosts, Laila & Justin. We have three children and two grandchildren. We love traveling and hosting other travelers!

After hosting traveling professionals out of our home, we made the decision to purchase our first vacation home in Southern Pines, NC. We spent a full year remodeling and refurnishing the house and learned a lot. We later opened our doors for families to stay at house and recently bought another property.

We now have four rental houses and will soon begin working as a co-host, each with it’s own unique stay. Each one has been carefully crafted to make you feel right at home. We are grateful to have hosted thousands of guests through the years and looking forward to sharing our homes with you.
