Do you allow pets?
Yes, we allow up to 2 house-trained pets. There is a pet fee, per pet. It varies per property due to cleaning fees incurred.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM for Studio–4 bedroom properties.
Check-in is 5:00 PM and check-out is 10:00 AM for 5-bedroom properties.
To allow sufficient time for cleaning, please do not extend these times without prior approval. Early check-in or late check-out may be available based on availability. Please text 910-964-4673 to request accommodations.
What ammenities are provided?
Our properties include amenities designed to enhance your stay, such as a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor firepit and grill area, high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-unit laundry. Please review the property listing for specific amenities, as each home offers unique features.
How much parking is available?
On-site parking is available for up to 8 cars. Please park up to 5 cars in the driveway first, then park additional vehicles in front of the house by the road.
What is the cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change and offer a flexible cancellation policy.
• 30+ days before arrival: Full refund
• 14–29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days before arrival: No refund
If you need to cancel within 14 days of arrival, we may offer the option to apply 50% of your payment toward a future stay (if the property rebooks for your dates).
We also recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unexpected changes.

Are your homes suitable for groups and families?
Yes. Many of our homes are designed specifically for group stays, with spacious layouts, shared gathering areas, and amenities that make it easy to spend meaningful time together.
Do you allow parties or events?
We do not allow parties or large gatherings. Quiet family dinners and small, respectful get-togethers are welcome.
Non-registered guests may be approved in advance but must depart by 10:00 PM. All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
What is included in the home?
Each home is fully equipped with essentials such as a stocked kitchen, linens, Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities. Specific features vary by property and are listed on each individual listing.
Do you offer extended stays?
Yes—we offer short- and mid-term stays ideal for relocations, work assignments, and extended visits.
Discounts are automatically applied at booking for stays of 7+ and 28+ nights. For rate verification, please contact us prior to reserving, as discounts cannot be applied after a booking is confirmed.
Select properties may accommodate stays longer than 6 weeks and may qualify for additional discounted rates. Stays exceeding 90 days require a separate lease agreement.
Please note: All reservations made directly through this website must be 90 days or less.
Why do you require ID and a rental agreement?
As a direct booking host, we take both guest experience and property protection seriously. To ensure a secure and seamless stay, guests are required to complete a quick verification through our trusted third-party partner, Truvi.
This process includes ID verification and a signed rental agreement, helping us maintain high standards for both our guests and our homes. This process takes just a few minutes to complete.
You will receive a link via email and/or text after booking. Please complete this within 24 hours to ensure a smooth and easy check-in.
What is your security hold/ damage protection policy and terms?
A refundable security deposit is required for all reservations. The amount varies by property.

• May be applied toward damages, policy violations, or additional cleaning if needed
